BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS GRANT CONSENT TO USE WINNERS NAME AND LIKENESS FOR CLASSIC IN THE COUNTRY PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES WITHOUT FURTHER COMPENSATION (EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED).

Entry Period:  The Beat the Weatherman Contest will begin on Wednesday, January 1, 2014.  Entries will be accepted online through 11:59 PM EST
of Friday, January 17, 2014.

Eligibility:  The Beat the Weatherman Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.  Classic in the Country Organizers, Employees of the East Holmes Local School District, Volunteers working the Classic in the Country Challenge and the immediate families and those living in the same household of any of the above are not eligible.

Failure to comply with these regulations may result in forfeiture of prizes.  Entries received prior to the start of the entry period are void.  One entry per person, household, and/or email address is permitted during the term of the contest.  Multiple entries will be void.

By participating, entrants agree to the contest rules and the decisions of Classic in the Country Organizers, which shall be final and binding in all aspects.

Winners agree that Classic in the Country Organizers,East Holmes Local School District, and Volunteers working the Classic in the Country Challenge will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising from or in connection with participating in the contest or with acceptance, possession or use of awarded prize.

Beat the Weatherman Contest

Prizes:  Winners will be determined in a random drawing of eligible entries who “Beat the Weatherman” in selecting the winning teams in the 20-game, 2014 Classic in the Country Challenge.

All other expenses (including without limitation transportation to and from departure city, gratuities, incidental expenses and meals) not expressly stated herein are the responsibility of winner.  Prizes may not be substituted except by Classic in the Country Organizers, who reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.  Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except by Classic in the Country Organizers in its sole discretion.

Winners will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone.  All prizes must be claimed within 10 days.  To claim their prize, winners must complete an affidavit of eligibility form.  All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and awarded to alternate winners selected from the original pool of eligible entries.
